Ken Miller

Chief Architect, OKO Group

Ken brings 25 years of experience working with notable private development companies and a national REIT.

Prior to OKO Group, Ken was Managing Director for SHVO where he created a new development group working on 1.5 million SF, $3.5 billion value of luxury condominiums and hotels in NYC and Miami. Brands included Mandarin Oriental, Aman and The Raleigh.

While at The Moinian Group, Ken managed design and construction of The Sky on West 42nd Street. With 1,200 apartment units in 60 stories, this was the largest single residential building in Manhattan.

As Senior VP pf Development at Archstone, Ken led a new division concentrating on urban large scale mixed-use developments. He built his group to 22 people and managed $3.5 billion of new investments. Notable projects included CitiCenterDC and Wisconsin Place in Bethesda, MD.

Ken started development with Gotham Organization where he grew a development division out of a multi-generation construction company. During his eight years there, he developed over 1,200 residential units and pioneered some of the first luxury products in Harlem and Midtown West.

Ken has a Bachelor and Masters of Architecture from Tulane University in addition to an MBA from Fordham University. He is also a licensed architect.
